By purchasing any membership, package, or service, or by using our facilities, you (“the Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

All memberships, simulator packages, and service bundles are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.
Membership validity periods are strictly enforced and must be used within the specified timeframe.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update package inclusions where necessary, while maintaining overall value.
No refund policy
All purchases are final.Memberships, packages, bookings, and services once purchased are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts
- Non-usage of services
- Relocation or personal circumstances
Any exceptions, if granted, will be at the sole discretion of MyGolf Dubai and must be confirmed in writing.
Contracts & binding agreements
Any agreement, quotation, proposal, or contract signed between MyGolf Dubai and the Client is legally binding.The Client agrees that:
- All signed contracts must be fully honoured
- No cancellation, withdrawal, or retraction is permitted once the agreement is executed, unless mutually agreed in writing

Full or partial payments must be made as per the agreed terms at the time of purchase or contract signing.
Late payments may result in service suspension or cancellation without refund.

Booking slots are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to operational requirements.
Missed bookings or late arrivals may be considered as used sessions.

Clients agree to:
- Use all equipment and facilities responsibly
- Follow safety guidelines and staff instructions
- Avoid any misuse, damage, or unauthorized access to systems
The Company reserves the right to deny access or terminate services for misconduct without refund.

- Personal injury (except where required by law)
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential losses
Clients use facilities at their own risk.
