Shipping policy 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  

Free Shipping 

We offer free shipping on orders over AED 500. Typical UAE delivery times are 2-5 working days.   

Cash on Delivery (COD) 

Cash on delivery service is available on UAE orders. Simply checkout using this option and no payment is required until the courier arrives with your order. Pay the courier on arrival for the exchange of your order – simple as that! 

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.  

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

In-store pickup 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our venue (Dragon mart 2). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.  

Our in-store pickup hours are from 10am to 10pm on Saturday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 

International Shipping 

Once you have reached our checkout page, after adding your shipping address, the site will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your applicable country based on the most economic shipping price offered by our preferred shippers. All international shipments are fully traceable, and we will provide you with the tracking information as soon as the item is dispatched from our distribution centre in Dubai. 

International Duties & Taxes 

International shipping duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Please check the import duty, VAT or any other taxes of your country before completing your purchase. If you refuse a shipment because of duties and taxes, you will still be held liable for any costs incurred by MyGolf Dubai.
