Premium Indoor Golf Experience

Waiver
1. Throughout the duration of the visit/play, anyone under 16 years of age must be supervised by an adult (21 years old and above).
2. You understand that your use of MyGolf Dubai facilities will be undertaken at your sole risk. You agree that you are voluntarily participating in activities and using the venue and premises and you assume all risk of injury, illness, damage or loss to you or your property that might result, including, without limitation, any loss or theft of any personal property.
3. You will immediately report any accident or injury suffered in MyGolf venue to a MyGolf employee. However, MyGolf Dubai is not liable for any injury, loss or damage suffered by any person entering the venue.
4. You agree that MyGolf Dubai, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (“MyGolf Parties”) will not be liable for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action whatsoever in respect of you or your property (including lost or damaged personal possessions) (collectively, “Claims”), arising out of or connected with the use of any of the services and/or venues of MyGolf. You expressly release and discharge the MyGolf Parties from all such Claims except to the extent any Claims result directly from any negligence on the part of one or more of the MyGolf Parties.
5. During your visit, you are responsible for any damages caused directly or indirectly to any My Golf assets, not limited to simulators and golf clubs.

Safety
1. Obey all verbal and posted rules and instructions. Use common sense to protect yourself and others.
2. Members and guests must hit from the swing plate. No movement that would move your feet from the swing plate during your swing/play are allowed.
3. Only the player taking a turn is allowed near or on the swing plate. All other guests must be seated on the sofa until their turn. Members and guests are responsible for the safety of others around them and should always check their surroundings before swinging a club.
4. Throwing golf balls is prohibited.
5. Only dispense and hit one golf ball at a time.

4. 禁止投掷高尔夫球。
5. 一次只能打击一个高尔夫球。
